How we will help you create your bespoke piece of jewellery
Our highly qualified team of Jewellery Designers can create almost any piece of bespoke jewellerywhether it be from a photograph of an item you may have seen or even a sketch of something completely unique. From this a series of detailed 3D images of the bespoke piece will be created using the very latest in CAD technology. We have a wealth of experience in jewellery design and we are able to make even the most intricate of designs.
Once the images meet your specifications and you are happy with the design a wax model of your item is created to give an overall feel of how the final piece will look.From this the actual item can then be cast in whatever metal you desire. We can cast your item in any precious metal whether it be Platinum, Palladium or 18ct Gold.

Have some old or dated jewellery?
At The Jewellery Repair Centre we have years of experience in remodelling and recycling old and unworn items of jewellery. We can create bespoke pieces from items of jewellery that you may no longer wear or that has been passed down as a family heirloom. Recycling the jewellery in this way allows you to create an item which is more to your personal taste but allows you to keep some of the features from the original piece which can be important especially if the original piece has sentimental value.

Above are just a few of the items we have created. These all started out as a basic sketch and the end results as you can see are beautiful pieces of bespoke jewellery.
Over the years we have made many bespoke wedding rings, custom made shaped and diamond set wedding rings.
As part of our service we offer all our clients a free wax model of any shaped ring.
Repair Process
On receipt of each repair a series of photographs of the item are taken and entered into our repair database which will generate a unique repair number. This number allows us to track the progress of the repair from start to finish and also allows us to view when and how the repair was received.
Your item of jewellery will then be meticulously checked by our highly skilled repair specialists and any issues or recommendations we think are relevant will be discussed directly with yourself before any work is undertaken. We will only ever do the work you ask us to do and if for any reason we believe that the repair should not be done or may cause further damage to an item we will of course advise you of this.
Dependant on the type of repair will depend on the timescale for the repair, this will also be discussed once your item has been thoroughly checked.
For most simple repairs we usually aim to return all items within 10-14 working days (for postal repairs this may take slightly longer).
The cost for repairs can vary greatly dependant on what work needs to be undertaken, however, we will always aim to give an estimation of the cost when the repair is received. If this is not possible we will contact you after further examination either by telephone or email to advise. You are under no obligation to accept this quote and we are more than happy to return your item to you if you decide against the repair.
