JEWELLERY RE-MODELLING & DESIGN
We specialise in the design and remodelling of jewellery that is no longer worn or has been past down requiring an up to date design. We have a team of 4 qualified jewellery designers helping us create traditional classic, antique or modern up to date designs.
Starting with a detailed sketch then creating a 3D image for your piece of mind. We can also create your design in a wax or resin for your approval.
Whether it be Diamond rings, Earrings, Stone set bracelets, diamond brooches or diamond bracelets, with our meticulous attention to detail we will create you a beautiful piece of jewellery.
We are also able to manufacture jewellery from your drawing or artwork. We can communicate your ideas over the phone and online. By very special arrangement we are able to make appointments at your home or work. This is available via our Royal Jewellery Care Service.
Repair Process
On receipt of each repair a series of photographs of the item are taken and entered into our repair database which will generate a unique repair number. This number allows us to track the progress of the repair from start to finish and also allows us to view when and how the repair was received.
Your item of jewellery will then be meticulously checked by our highly skilled repair specialists and any issues or recommendations we think are relevant will be discussed directly with yourself before any work is undertaken. We will only ever do the work you ask us to do and if for any reason we believe that the repair should not be done or may cause further damage to an item we will of course advise you of this.
Dependant on the type of repair will depend on the timescale for the repair, this will also be discussed once your item has been thoroughly checked.
For most simple repairs we usually aim to return all items within 10-14 working days (for postal repairs this may take slightly longer).
The cost for repairs can vary greatly dependant on what work needs to be undertaken, however, we will always aim to give an estimation of the cost when the repair is received. If this is not possible we will contact you after further examination either by telephone or email to advise. You are under no obligation to accept this quote and we are more than happy to return your item to you if you decide against the repair.
